Owner & Manager

My name is Jennifer Selby, and I am the founder of Sel-Mos Technology LLC. I have an associate degree in computer and electronics engineering technology and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering communications technology. I feel passionately about helping people and businesses meet their goals. We put so much stock into having degrees, and this has created a high waste environment in the United States. Companies are wasting thousands of dollars for educated workers for positions that could be filled by skilled workers. Many trades have apprentices, why not electronics? I want to be able to offer solutions to companies and regular everyday people. There are a lot of negatives to outsourcing to other countries and I want to give companies an affordable alternative. Businesses don't really like to train, or filter people anymore and because of this they pay more money to someone who may be overqualified for the tasks they are given. This creates an environment of the company giving their staff "filler" tasks. Not everyone is meant to go to school but are exceptional workers. I want to give them a path to success without them being forced to go to school or waste their talents on menial positions. If I excel at what I have set out to accomplish this will be a win situation for everyone.
